Peyton's Birthday Night

Peyton's party was wonderful! She loved her cake and wanted to keep playing in it after she was done eating it:) We can't wait for her party on Sunday...she's all practiced up with the cake now!!

Peyton is One!

Can you believe that Peyton is ONE today?!? I can't believe it...she is getting so big so fast! We made her a pancake today and had to draw a 1 on it with food coloring because we didn't have any candles :) Oops! We are going to have a little birthday party tonight to celebrate with Landon! Soccer

Landon had his first soccer practice tonight:) We had a good time and Peyton was very upset that she could not get to her NaaNaa while he was playing!! He did a fantastic job at practice tonight!! We were very proud of him.

Day Care

I just dropped our little pumpkin off at daycare! She was having a blast from the moment we walked in. They have a little boat that she was loving to sit in and play:) I am missing her already!! It was a very strange feeling to walk out with an empty stroller!!

New Beginnings

So Peyton starts daycare tomorrow and turns one the day after. I am overwhelmed with all of the blessings that have come this year. We waited a couple of long years to have this beautiful baby girl, and here she is turning a year! I have enjoyed so much being home every day with her and watching her grow and develop. I know that God has amazing plans for this little lady's life and I can't wait to see what is in store. She brings so much joy to my days and reminds me in the hard times that nothing is impossible with God! I think that going to daycare is going to be a great thing for her. She was playing with one of the little girls in her class yesterday and you could just see that she was happy to be playing with someone her size:) It will also give Mommy a little break during the day to rest and prepare for little Ashlyn. Watching my growing belly, I am reminded again that God is so good...I would have never thought that our family would be growing so QUICKLY! We are so blessed!

Peytons New Duckies

Peyton got a new toy for her birthday from Granny and Grandpa and she loves it! We're not sure how we feel about it yet...it has the potential to be really annoying after a while:)
